Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
 - 1 fillet anchovy
 - 1 loaf italian bread
 - 3/8 salami (hard)
 - 3/8 provolone
 - 140 gr ham
 - 120 ml olive oil
 - 90 gr green olives
 - 90 gr black olives
 - 34 gr pimiento
 - 9 gr capers
 - 9 gr parsley (finely chopped)
 - 2 gr oregano
 - 1 gr black pepper
 
OLIVE SALAD: Mix together all ingredients and let marinate for AT LEAST dozen hours. THE SANDWICH: Slice loaf in half horizontally and slightly scoop out insides. Layer on salami, ham and Provolone. Spread on olive spread at least 2 cm thick. Replace top half of loaf and eat.
