- 70 gr snow peas (cut diagonally)
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 ml sesame oil
- 90 ml rice vinegar
- 40 gr green onions (chopped)
- 30 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 6 gr sugar
- 4 ml dry mustard
- 2 gr pepper flakes (dried hot red)
