Ingredients
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 green peppers
- 1 pickled banana peppers
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tabasco
- 1,900 ml beef stock
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 525 gr steak
- 60 ml ketchup
- 60 ml banana pepper juice
- 60 gr onions (dried)
- 60 gr bbq
- 32 gr chili powder
- 5 gr instant beef boullion
- 4 gr cumin
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr garlic (chopped)
- 2 gr paprika
- 2 gr onion powder
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr pepper (crushed red)
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 package onion soup mix
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both the ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings and simmer for 1 more hour. Lisa Hlavaty *P FDGN81A 0. 494071146245.05 7:37pm
