Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves peeled)
- 1 rib celery
- 575 gr yukon gold potatoes
- 280 gr smokey turkey (diced)
- 160 ml olive oil
- 75 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 34 gr cilantro (finely chopped)
- 9 gr parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr paprika
artichoke hearts, green olives and celery. Mix with the dressing and refrigerate until ready to use. Note: For a vegetarian salad, omit the smoked turkey.
