- 12 gr level cornstarch
- 9 gr butter
- 7 gr corn syrup (white)
- 5 gr flour
- 3 gr orange rind (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 2 ml sal mic smooth in double broiler
- 2 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr orange rind (grated)
Beat thoroughly and spread on cake.
