Ingredients
- 12 monterey jack
- 3 mins
- 1/2 sour cream mixture
- 1/2 cheese in
- 700 gr casserole
- 240 ml sour cream
- 120 gr rice
- 65 gr green chilli (chopped)
- 55 gr cheddar (shredded)
- 32 gr almonds
- 5 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
- 5 gr butter
- 2 gr parsley (dried)
with plastic wrap and nuke on medium high 8 10 minutes. Top with cheddar and almond mixture, recover, and let stand until the cheese melts, about 3 minutes. (Supposedly 6 servings...I doubt it!)
