- 12 egg whites at room temperature
- 6 ripe purple plums (very)
- 4 1/2 bowl of a duty (heavy)
- 2 organic roses
- 1 1/2 batter (into)
- 1 assembly
- 1 make the santa rosa sauce (plum)
- 1 orange
- 1 make the rose petal
- 1 sift the flour
- 1 put the dry ingredients back in the sifter
- 300 gr confectioners sugar
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 130 gr cake flour
- 60 ml sauce (plum)
- 30 gr lavender (dried)
- 8 gr vanilla extract
- 7 ml cream of tartar
- 1 gr salt
Serve with sorbet.
