- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 lime (fresh)
- 1/2 ans sliver (lengthwise)
- 475 gr black beans (canned)
- 375 gr scallops
- 280 gr baby corn
- 34 gr salsa
- 16 ml olive oil
- 10 ml oil
- 5 ml oil in nonstick skillet
Continue to cook just long enough to heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Pass extra salsa at the table.
