Ingredients
- 6 tuna
- 2 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 1 lemon zest (grated)
- 180 gr broccoli florets
- 100 gr pasta shells
- 60 gr onion (sliced thin)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 45 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr black pepper coarsely
for 5 minutes; add the broccoli; cook until pasta is al dente and broccoli is tender, 5 to 7 minutes longer. Remove quarter cup of the pasta cooking water and add to tuna sauce.
