Ingredients
- 3 scallions (minced)
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 shallot bulb (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 bay leaf (crushed)
- 1 miso paste
- 1,900 ml water
- 450 gr kidney
- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 280 gr tomatoes (peeled)
- 120 gr onions (grated)
- 26 gr olive
- 3 gr mild
- 1 gr basil
- some salt and pepper
In a large saucepan, saute onions, garlic, shallot, scallions, and green pepper in oil. Add water, beans, and seasonings. Simmer for 1.5 hours. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
