Ingredients
- 3 on ungreased baking shee (apart)
- 2 measuring of dough
- 1 egg
- 1 pecan (pieces)
- 250 gr firmly packed brown (light)
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr butter flavor crisco
- 10 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr baking soda
BAKE at 375'F. for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies (cookies will appear moist DO NOT OVERBAKE), or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies. COOL on baking sheet 2 minutes. REMOVE to cooling rack. Makes 3 dozen 8 cm cookies.
