Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 240 gr tofu
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml applesauce
- 14 gr tahini
- 14 gr parsley leaves
- 10 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 1 gr sugar
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. This delicious and healthful combination will compliment your garden beauties while it woos the most timid tofu skeptic. You cna serve it with fresh vegetables or crackers or use it as a sandwich filling. Makes about 2 cups.
