Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 130 gr pepper (chopped yellow)
- 120 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 ml water
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 45 gr carrot (chopped)
- 38 gr bowtie pasta
- 38 gr ziti pasta
- 34 gr pimiento stuffed (sliced)
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 12 gr spinach rotini pasta
- 8 gr chives (chopped fresh)
- 6 gr capers
- 5 gr oregano (chopped fresh)
- 5 ml olive oil
- 2 gr basil (chopped fresh)
- 2 gr thyme (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr pepper
Cook the pastas according to package directions, omitting any salt or fat. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Place in a large bowl. Add the
