- 4 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 onion (yellow chopped)
- 1 zucchini scrubbed
- 240 ml dry wine (red)
- 80 gr mushrooms washed
- 22 gr oregano (fresh minced)
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 14 gr parsley (fresh chopped)
- 8 gr basil (fresh minced)
- 5 ml olive oil
- 5 gr oregano (dried)
- 3 gr basil (dried)
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr black pepper (fresh ground)
- 2 packages tomatoes (plum)
- 1 package garbanzo beans (drained)

My changes were to increase the garlic, substitute a grated carrot for the honey, add oregano and mushrooms, and use another can of tomatoes rather than fresh tomatoes, and retain the texture of chopped vegetables by blending only the tomatoes and garbanzos. Recipe By :
