Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves minced)
- 4 leeks
- 3 turkey (ground)
- 2 onions (red)
- 2 bell peppers (red)
- 2,800 ml chicken broth
- 130 gr flour
- 50 gr green chili peppers (diced)
- 26 gr chili powder
- 18 gr cumin (ground)
- 12 gr coriander (ground)
- 8 gr sugar
- 4 gr oregano
- 2 packages cannelini beans
- some celery
In a skillet, brown the ground turkey with the garlic and onions. Drain off the fat. Place the turkey mixture in a stock pot over medium heat. Add the next 6 ingredients and stir until the flour is smoothcooked. Add the stock and stir until the mixture is thickened. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
