Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 gr low fat natural yogur
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 4 gr turmeri (ground)
- 4 gr chili powder
- 3 gr garam masala
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 2 gr paprika
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour. Cook over a barbecue, under a grill or in the oven at 230 c, 230ÂșC , gas mark 8.
