- 1 shallot
- 22 gr mushrooms wiped
- 16 gr low fat natural yogur
- 5 gr margarine
- 3 gr tomato puree
- 2 gr mild curry powder
- 1 gr mint (fresh)
- some salt and pepper
Cheese And Herb Spread.
- 60 gr low fat soft cheese
- 30 gr mature cheddar cheese
- 18 gr low fat natural yogur
- 6 gr chives (chopped fresh)
- 3 gr garlic puree
- 1 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- some little black pepper
Chicken And Avocado Tacos.
- 30 ripe avocado
- 2 taco shells
- 1 shallot
- 1 tomato (cut into wedges)
- 36 gr roast chicken (sliced)
- 32 gr low fat natural yogur
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 3 slices spring onions
- some salt and pepper

- 1 clove garlic
- 150 gr low fat natural yogur
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 4 gr turmeri (ground)
- 4 gr chili powder
- 3 gr garam masala
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 2 gr paprika
