- 3 lemons
- 170 gr butter
- 120 ml beef broth
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 60 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 30 ml dry wine (white)
- 14 gr parsley (minced fresh)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr thyme (minced fresh)
