- 325 gr ripe tomatoes
- 240 ml coconut milk (thick)
- 9 gr ghee
- 6 gr salt
- 5 gr ginger (finely grated)
- 2 gr fennel (ground)
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr grounf turmeric
- 1 gr black peppercorns (whole)
- 1 slice remaining onion
- some chicken joints
