- 240 ml molasses
- 180 ml honey
- 200 gr sugar with
- 150 gr coarse corn meal
- 130 gr flour with (white)
- 110 gr rice flour
- 95 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 80 gr rolled oats (ground)
