- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 package condensed cream of chicken soup

- 270 gr chicken breast
- 30 ml water
- 30 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr leaf tarragon (dried)
- some garlic
Baked Herberd Chicken
- 270 gr chicken breast
- 90 ml dry wine (white)
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml virgin olive oil
- 3 gr leaf tarragon
- 1 gr leaf basil
- 1 gr pepper flakes (hot red)
