• 120 gr artichoke (marinated)
• 80 ml oil tomatoes
• 80 ml olive oil
• 60 gr cashews
• 16 ml lemon juice
• 16 ml oil from tomatoes
• some garlic

Tomato Bread

• 1 cake yeast (fresh)
• 1 egg (white)
• 475 gr unbleached a-p flour
• 240 ml water
• 120 ml oil packed sun tomato (dried)
• 60 ml warm water
• 16 gr onion
• 16 ml oil from tomatoes
• 10 gr dry yeast (active)
• 6 gr salt
