- 9 gr margarine
- 5 gr flour
- 2 gr dry chicken bouillon powder
Skillet Chicken Paella
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 sweet pepper in (red cut)
- 400 gr chicken breast (cut into)
- 525 ml chicken broth fat free
- 270 gr tomatoes
- 150 gr peas (frozen)
- 240 ml parboiled rice
- 16 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 gr oregano
