• 19 grams carbohydrates
• 12 pizza shells
• 9 grams fat
• 5 1/2 grams protein
• 3 1/2 grams saturated
• 2 pizzas
• 3/4 grams fiber
• 1/2 mixture to within
• 1/4 edge

Red Onion Pizza

• 12 pizza shells to within
• 2 pizzas
• 1/4 edge
• 475 ml tomatoes with juice (canned)
• 350 ml thinly onion for the sauce saute the vegetables in oil about (very sliced red)
• 110 gr mozzarella cheese
• 80 ml olive oil
• 65 gr carrot (finely chopped)
• 60 ml sauce over
• 40 gr onion (finely chopped)
