Leek Or Courgette Risotto

• 12 courgettes (sliced)
• 1 clove garlic (crushed)
• 2,400 ml vegetable stock
• 170 gr risotto rice
• 110 gr leeks washed
• 10 ml sunflower oil
• 5 gr parmesan (grated)
• 1 slice onion (peeled)

Blueberry

• 250 boletus (fresh)
• 150 blueberries
• 4 bouillon
• 1 onion
• 1 twig thyme
• 75 gr butter
• 70 gr risotto rice
• 50 ml wine (white)
• 38 ml olive oil
• 1 gr garlic
