Citrus Shrimp

- 250 gr shrimp
- 95 gr snow peas
- 80 ml orange juice
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 3 gr cornstarch mixed with
- 2 gr orange rind (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr lemon rind (grated)
