- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 c cake flour
- 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon at a time
- 1 ts cream of tartar
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
