- 1 at a time
- 1/4 egg whites to lighten the batter
- 12 oz chocolate
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 8 tb sugar
- 6 tb butter
- 3 tb cornstarch
- 1 tb rum
- 2 tb cocoa
- 1/4 ts extract
- 1/4 ts cream of tartar
completely on wire rack (cakes will fall slightly.)
