- 1 at a time
- 1/4 egg whites to lighten the batter
- 375 gr chocolate
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate
- 100 gr sugar
- 50 gr butter
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 16 gr rum
- 12 gr cocoa
- 1 gr extract
- 1 ml cream of tartar
completely on wire rack (cakes will fall slightly.)
