Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf (dried)
- 1 salt pepper
- 6 quart over high heat (pan)
- 6 c chicken broth
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 tb dry sherry
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 2 tb butter
- 1/2 ts thyme leaves (dried)
- 1/2 slices mushrooms
