- 1 bay leaf (dried)
- 1 salt pepper
- 2,000 gr over high heat (pan)
- 1,400 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 160 gr mushrooms
- 45 ml dry sherry
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 28 gr butter
- 1 gr thyme leaves (dried)
- 1/2 slices mushrooms
