- 1 c green onions
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tb extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 c coarsely parsley (chopped)
- 1 tb black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 ts pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 1/2 ts salt
