- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 juice of lemon
- 1 excess
- 1 c butter
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c wine (white)
- 1/2 c champagne
- 2 t chives
- 2 t shallots
- 2 t green onion
- 2 1/2 t tarragon
