- 950 ml water
- 475 ml cream (heavy)
- 240 ml wine (white)
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 60 gr remains
- 55 gr butter
- 50 gr bell pepper (red)
- 30 ml line juice
- 30 ml corn oil
- 26 gr curry powder
- 12 gr tamarind paste
- 3 gr peppercorns
- 2 gr thyme (fresh)
- 1 gr fennel seed
- 1 gr mint
- 1 slice onion (white)
