- 1 drippings
- 32 ounces tomatoes undrained (canned)
- 16 ounces kidney (canned)
- 1/2 pound beef (lean ground)
- 1/2 pound italian sausage (hot)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup dry wine (red)
- 3/8 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3/8 cup onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon beef flavor instant bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (dried red)
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- some remove the sausage from its casing
- some salt and pepper
