- 8 oz smoked salmon (diced)
- 6 tb clarified butter
- 1/4 c cream (heavy)
- 1/4 c dairy sour cream
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb fine dill (chopped fresh)
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper (white)
- 3 slices lemon (thin)
