- 140 gr smoked salmon (diced)
- 85 gr clarified butter
- 60 ml cream (heavy)
- 60 ml dairy sour cream
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr fine dill (chopped fresh)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 3 slices lemon (thin)
