Ingredients
- 2 mango (diced)
- 1 sweet pepper (red)
- 1 c olive oil (light)
- 1/4 c chinese preserved black -beans
- 1/4 c green onions
- 1/4 c onions (diced red)
- 2 tb ginger (grated)
- 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 tb cumin seed (toasted)
- 2 slices jalapeno peppers (red)
Mix together all ingredients; adjust seasoning with salt and citrus. Let sit for a few hours before serving.
