- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove

- 2 c peas
- 1 3/8 c milk

- 3/4 c cheddar cheese
- 3/8 c onion
- 1/4 c cornmeal (yellow)
- 3 t butter
- 2 t flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/8 t rosemary
- 1 pn nutmeg
- 2 slices tomatoes
6. Beat egg whites until barely stiff; fold into cornmeal mixture.
