Ingredients

- 3 water glass
- 3 round cookie cutter
- 1 egg
- 1/8 thickness
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 c muenster cheese
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 10 tb butter
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tb chives
- 3 tb parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c parsley
- 2 teaspoons filling in pastry shell
- 2 tb mint
- 1/2 ts cream of tartar
- 1/2 ts salt
filling is golden brown and the pastry begins to color. Remove from tins; cook on rack. Serve warm.
