Ingredients
- 2 1/4 heath bars (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 reserved topping
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar (light)
- 2 c flour
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 cup this mixture
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c pecans
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 ts salt
additional 6 crushed Heath bars. Bake for 35 40 minutes. Serve with cocoa-flavored whipped cream or with coffee ice cream.
