- 2 beef bouillon (cubes)
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 c tomato juice
- 3 c vegetable juice cocktail
- 1/4 c wine vinegar
- 1/4 c green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t salt
- 2 packages instant beef broth
cucumber, onion and green pepper. 5. Serve either hot or cold.
