- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c confectioners sugar
- 6 oz butter (unsalted)
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 5 ts lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 1/4 ts baking powder
- 3/4 ts ginger (ground)
- 1/4 ts salt
