- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 100 gr confectioners sugar
- 95 gr butter (unsalted)
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 26 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 6 gr baking powder
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr salt
