- 1 lemon zest (grated)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1 preheat a charcoal grill
- 1 salt
- 1/4 salsa (thick)
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup black olives pitted
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes (hot)
- 8 slices lemon
Serve the grilled shrimp on a bed of the salsa.
