- 1 hint this is spicy if you use the maximum amount of cayenne (very)
- 4 cups beans (cooked red)
- 15 ounce cans
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cups note we cook one of brown rice in two of water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
