- 1 green pepper

- 1 hint this is spicy if you use the maximum amount of cayenne (very)
- 1,100 gr beans (cooked red)
- 425 gr cans
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 120 ml water
- 240 ml note we cook one of brown rice in two of water
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- 1 gr oregano (ground)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Makes: 4-5 servings.
