- 1/2 cup reserved pepper soaking liquid
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup achiote oil mashed potatoes (into)
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sal process until smooth
- 2 ts salt
- 2 slices eggs
- 1 slice corn
leaves, spooning a little sauce on top. Garnish with eggs, corn, coriander and olives. Serve at room temperature.
