- 65 gr reserved pepper soaking liquid
- 60 gr walnuts
- 60 ml achiote oil mashed potatoes (into)
- 24 gr cilantro
- 18 gr sal process until smooth
- 6 gr salt
- 2 slices eggs
- 1 slice corn
leaves, spooning a little sauce on top. Garnish with eggs, corn, coriander and olives. Serve at room temperature.
