- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 pounds pork (lean boneless)
- 1 cup tomatillos
- 1 cup broth from meat
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
- some cover meat with water
